Check the condition of window frames (Houtrot)

Inspect the roof and gutters for damage or missing tiles

Look for signs of moisture or mold (especially in corners or near ceilings)

Check water pressure by turning on taps

Check the age and condition of the central heating boiler (CV-ketel)

Verify the energy label and existing insulation

Check the electrical panel (meterkast) and wiring age

Ask about the health of the VvE (Maintenance fund & MJOP)

Check parking availability and permit requirements

Listen for traffic, neighbors, or airplane noise

Ask the seller or agent about the neighbors and community
