Sign up for energy and gas (Vattenfall, Eneco, etc.)

Register with your local water company (Vitens, Waternet, etc.)

Arrange internet and TV connection (KPN, Ziggo, etc.)

Check for district heating (Stadsverwarming) requirements

Administrative

Register your new address with the municipality (BRP)

Arrange home and contents insurance (Opstal/Inboedelverzekering)

Update your address for local taxes (BSV, etc.)

Apply for a parking permit if necessary

Check garbage collection schedule and waste tax registration

Logistics

Final walk-through inspection (Eindinspectie)

Check all inventory and take meter readings

Schedule any necessary repairs or renovations
